After an enjoyable tour of some of India’s most famous locations of the Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur), you’ll settle in to your home away from home in Rishikesh, in the foothills of the Himalayas, the sacred home of yoga and meditation.
Here, you will receive a comprehensive Ayurvedic assessment and treatment through the use of panchakarma “the five therapies”, to revitalize your body and optimize its natural healing ability to eliminate toxic substances.
Through daily spa-like treatments and specific healing foods designed just for you, daily yoga and meditation and satsang with Jules, your body will come into balance, your mind will heal and spirit will soar.

Day 1: ARRIVE DELHI.
Arrive Delhi - the capital city of India is a sprawling modern metropolis with a stunning backdrop of ancient architecture. You will be welcomed to India by my trusted guide’s professional welcome services at the airport, who will transfer you to our pre-booked Hotel for an overnight stay at Delhi. As we gather together, we will have time to meet and greet as we begin our sacred journey.
Day 2: OLD & NEW DELHI SIGHTSEEING:
After a leisurely breakfast, plunge yourself into the enriching experience of Delhi, the most diverse city in India.
Start the day with visit to Old Delhi, locally famed as “Purani Dilli” and with the name of Shahjahanabad was the capital of Mughal India. A ten-minute heritage walk along the Red Fort leads us to the adventure chaos of Chandni Chowk, was the Bazzar of Mughal’s.
Board the Rickshaw and slither into the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk to witness the famous wholesale markets of the beads, Silverware, Sari, Decorative items and the famous Spice market of Delhi.
Later step into newer part of the town known as Lutyen’s Delhi and enjoy the drive through the Colonial Era heritage buildings of India Gate. This memorial was built to commemorate the Indian and British soldiers who died in World War I and the Afghan wars. A mile drive on the Royal Street reaches the President’s Palace – the official residence of the President of India. With 340 rooms, it is the largest residence of any Head of the State in the world.
After lunch, pay tribute to the Man of Peace “Mahatma Gandhi”, with visit to Gandhi’s home, where he lived during his Delhi visit. This emotional site also stores the silent memory of his assassination.
Our last stop of the Delhi tour is Bangla Sahib, the largest Sikh temple in Delhi. The massive kitchen of the shrine provides holy food to 40 thousand people daily.

Day 3: Drive to Agra -THE CITY OF LOVE AND TAJ MAHAL Visit Agra Fort.
After breakfast, enjoy a memorable 127 mile country drive, passing through the Delhi suburbs, vast farms and villages to arrive at the city of Love and Taj Mahal – Agra.
Arrive at Agra and visit to the astonishing UNESCO World heritage Red Fort of Agra.
Enjoy a reverant visit to the Mughal’s Pearl Mosque, Halls of Public and Private audience, Jahangir’s Palace, Khaas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Musamman Burj inside Agra fort.
Overnight stay at Agra Time for dinner and knowledge meeting.
Day 4: SUNRISE VISIT TO TAJ MAHAL AND AGRA CITY. Drive to JAIPUR, THE PINK CITY.
Today enjoy a beautiful sunrise visit and private tour to the most alluring monument in the world – Taj Mahal. This is an extremely special time of day to visit the and provides a spectacular view as the morning sky casts a variety of hues across the white marble.
Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built the memorial of Love in 1648 AD in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. It took no less than 22 years and a work force of 20,000 skilled laborers, artisans and jewelers for the construction of this grand memorial. The brilliant art work of Pietra Dura, intricate pierce work and carving on marble embraces Taj Mahal on the list of Wonders of the World.
Return to hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast, head to Jaipur, famed as the Pink City- a few hours drive, approximately 150 miles. The Dazzling metropolis is the capital of the historic and royal state of Rajasthan. The city is known for its marvelous architecture, culture, cuisine and lively spirit of the locals.
Arrive in Jaipur and transfer to our hotel. Enjoy dinner with live folk dance and a special cultural program.

Day 5: Excursion to Amber Fort. Tour of Imperial Jaipur.
After breakfast head to Amber Fort - one of the most picturesque forts in India and one of the favorite sites for Bollywood films.
Ascend the Amber Hill to reach the 16th century hill fort of Amber.
Soaked in the history of Rajput’s with a visit to halls of public and private audience, the tranquil Sukh Niwas Palace and spectacular Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace).
After lunch, enjoy a tour of Jaipur city, visiting the City Palace – museum and residence of the royal family, Jantar Mantar (The Observatory) - built between 1727-34 AD has a noteworthy collection of traditional astronomical instruments.
Later, catch a glimpse of Hawamahal - the Palace of Winds, built in 1799 AD, which allowed the royal ladies to see the street procession from its 953 small niche windows. It is the selfie hotspot of Jaipur. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Time for dinner and knowledge meeting: Integration and Intention.
Day 6: Fly to Dehradun. Transfer to RISHIKESH.
Our day begins with breakfast and a transfer to Jaipur airport to board your flight to Dehradun. Arrive in Dehradun and transfer to Rishikesh.
I CANNOT WAIT TO SHARE MAGICAL RISHIKESH WITH YOU!— Renowned as the yoga and meditation capital of the world and the last post for the holy river Ganges (Ganga) in the Himalayas, this will be our home for the remainder of the stay. Daily panchakarma and healthy meals are provided and yoga and group meditation will be available, as well as many essential experiences our day-trips will provide to some of the land’s most sacred places.
We will be staying at my dear friend’s Ayurvedic Retreat Center and will be VERY well cared for in a beautiful environment. Consultations with an Ayurvedic doctor and DAILY 2-HOUR spa-like treatments are INCLUDED!!

Day 7: Walking tour of Rishikesh. Evening Ganga Aarti.
Morning satsang and time for treatments.
Later enjoy walking tour of Rishikesh with stunning views of the Himalaya and Ganges. This walk will give you an opportunity to experience the real charm of Rishikesh and learn more about the culture and religion with a visit to Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula (two walking suspension bridges that cross the Ganga), Street Market, Views of River Ganga and surroundings, Gita Bhawan and Parmarth Niketan Ashram.
Along the way you will feel inner peace amid the busy-ness of the town with sounds of spiritual songs and soul-touching music. Here in this vegetarian, alcohol-free city, you will encounter cows, considered sacred, and highly conscious monkeys and dogs along the streets and bridges.
In the evening we will participate in the grand Ganga Aarti ceremony on the sacred Ghats of Ganges at Parmarth Ashram. (riverfront). This is a beautiful experience you will not want to miss.

Day 8: Sunrise Visit to Mother Divine Temple: KUNJAPURI DEVI TEMPLE
Enjoy sunrise visit to the Kunjapuri Devi Temple, located on a hillock around 12 miles from Rishikesh. This temple is dedicated to one of the thirteen most important goddesses of Shivalik range. The temple is well-known among the travelers as it gives a beautiful view of the sunrise and the sunset from the greater Himalayan peaks. Snow ranges and peaks of Garhwali Himalayas like Swarga Rohini, Gangotri, Banderpunch and Chaukhamba can also be seen from this temple. The views truly are stunning.

Day 9: Excursion to Vasistha Gufa.
After breakfast drive along the Ganges about 12 miles up the mountain to visit the Vasistha Gufa cave, where the great philosopher and one of the authors of Rigveda meditated. Meditating here is a special experience and one that you will never forget.

Day 10: Free Day in Rishikesh.
Our group will gather together for Yoga and meditation along with our very own Satsang- “a gathering of true people”, in conversation and sharing of experiences.
Take time to yourself to inquire within, to read and journal, enjoy treatments at the Ayurveda Sadan, and just Be. This is a day to absorb and integrate your experiences before our journey ends.

Day 11: Fly to Delhi. Fly back home.
After a relaxed breakfast transfer to Dehradun Airport to board your flight to Delhi.
Arrive Delhi and transfer to International Airport to board your flight back to home.
